About The Position

WSB Solutions is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Cambridge, Ohio. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery to support safe, efficient operations and minimize production interruptions. Pay starts at $28 per hour and may vary depending on experience. Second- and third-shift schedules are available.

Requirements

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams.
Availability to work second or third shift.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete necessary repairs.
Replace, install, and adjust machine components.
Identify potential equipment issues before they cause production delays.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
Document maintenance activities and completed repairs.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.
