Requirements

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical)
Experience with: Motors, drives, and PLCs (basic knowledge is a plus)
Hydraulics and pneumatics
Welding or fabrication (bonus, not required)
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose issues quickly to minimize downtime
Work on conveyors, presses, CNC machines, or automated equipment
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
