About The Position

Pinnacle Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners and a leader in the corrugated manufacturing industry, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for its Landis, NC location, specifically for the 2nd & 3rd shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial corrugated equipment and machinery. Requirements

• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with time management skills.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems, computers in an industrial environment including hardware, software & network configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and motors.
• Knowledge of computers and automated machines.
• Strong maintenance electrical background (manufacturing preferred) in AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
• Excellent people skills and communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
• Computer competence and experience with the Microsoft suite.
• An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.
• The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and electrical functions, troubleshooting to correct inefficiencies and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PMs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery.
• Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results, ensuring all equipment is running properly and meets operational requirements.
• Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately; complete online safety training each month as assigned.
• Work within specifications and drawings, ensuring completion and minimizing waste within set dates and times.
• Perform other corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
