About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and working with automated equipment. You’ll help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC, and 4–20mA systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, meggers, and related tools.
MIG/Stick welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision measuring tool experience.
Knowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
A safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, electro-mechanical, welding, or a related field.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with SEW, Siemens, Lenze, or Allen-Bradley drives.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, drives, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.
Read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and identify parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, and equipment performance.
Fabricate, weld, repair, and modify components as needed.
Document work, labor hours, and parts usage in the maintenance system.
Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, team-focused work environment.
