About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic - IWP is primarily responsible for rebuilding and maintaining centrifuges, pumps, augers, piping, mixers and any other mechanical equipment. The Maintenance Mechanic – IWP position also requires operation of centrifuge technology and/or chemical treatment including Health Safety and Environmental, Production and leading and training operators. This position will travel to customer sites 50%.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
2 years millwright or mechanical experience (in addition to education requirement)
TWIC Card
Forklift Certification
Basic Plus Safety Training
Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.
REAL ID or an acceptable alternative (to travel by air or access federal property)

Responsibilities

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Assists or performs mechanical tasks on job site construction, providing coordination and leadership support as required.
Rebuilds centrifuges, pumps, augers, mixers and any other mechanical equipment.
Cleans and tests centrifuges, pumps, augers, mixers, and electrical controls.
Maintain site process equipment.
Record and report service reports for work preformed
