Requirements

0–2 years of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or technical role preferred.
Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn advanced maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic computer skills, including experience using iPads and software applications.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or training in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the repair and maintenance of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, cleaning equipment, and replacing minor components.
Troubleshoot and diagnose basic equipment issues, escalating complex repairs to senior maintenance technicians as needed.
Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to support maintenance activities.
Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
Support equipment uptime and production efficiency by responding to maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to build technical skills and maintenance knowledge.
Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
