Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university or CEGEP throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- In the process of obtaining industrial hygiene diploma or any other college or university study relating to the Environment or health and safety
- Sens of initiative, autonomy and problem-solving person
- Great sense of observation

- Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Complete qualitative industrial hygiene assessments
- Revise and develop personal protective equipment sheets
- Participate in contaminant sampling (e.g. electromagnetic fields, noise, dust, solvents, etc.)
- Collaborate with the health & safety team, the environment team, the ergonomics team and the wastewater treatment department on certain projects
- Participate in the organization of a health, safety and industrial hygiene awareness day
- Carry out risk analyzes in industrial hygiene and in ergonomics
- Sample various physical and chemical contaminants
- Carry out audits (e.g. respiratory protection program)
- Support the health and safety team in connection with the industrial hygiene program
