About The Position
The Intern is responsible for learning the business lines of the company while also aiding in the impact of daily goals & productivity within the logistics operations. We are looking for a part time/full time industrial engineering internship student to contribute to the numerous ongoing projects at our facilities. Duration: 8 weeks, June and July. Requirements
- This internship is open to students in the Industrial Engineering department
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of AutoCAD, Excel, and MOST
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies and workflow analyses.
- Building and updating MOST sequences to aid in developing labor standards.
- Contribute towards warehouse design by Layout development, ABC analysis and process mapping.
- Supporting the continuous improvement department and operations by utilizing IE and Lean skillsets
- Other duties as required and assigned
