About The Position

You will be the Industrial Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Industrial Engineering team which is responsible for delivering data‑driven solutions that optimize manufacturing schedules and costs. As the Industrial Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for using PLM, MRP, MES, data‑analytics, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights for the production organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
Direct experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment environment
Experience with manufacturing systems like MES/ERP, and automation systems
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Experience or familiarity with data tools (Tableau) and SQL

Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively

Responsibilities

Collect, cleanse, and analyze production data from multiple sources to create metrics that support scheduling and cost‑reduction decisions.
Develop automated reports and visual dashboards that enable real‑time performance monitoring.
Partner with engineering, supply‑chain, quality, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to identify and close design‑to‑manufacturing gaps.
Lead continuous‑improvement projects that streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Mentor junior engineers on data‑analysis techniques, tool usage, and best‑practice documentation.
