About The Position

A night on the floor It’s 7:00 PM and your shift begins. A line goes down—an encoder fault on a servo. You open the panel, read the schematics, verify 24V control power, and trace the issue through an Emergency Stop circuit. Minutes later, you’re on a laptop, connected to an Allen-Bradley PLC over Ethernet with the correct IP address, checking inputs, serial comms, and drive status. AC and DC motors, variable frequency drives, thermocouples, and solid-state relays—all in a night’s work. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, you’ll thrive here.
