Industrial Control Panel Design Engineer
About The Position
We are an automation and electrical integrator providing services to the oil and gas, industrial, and related industries. Our expertise covers virtually all facets of electrical contracting for the upstream oil and gas industries, including specialty expertise in new well sites and production facility electrification. This role involves quoting, designing, and drawing Industrial Control panels that comply with UL 508a and UL NNNY requirements. The engineer will work within a team setting to provide deliverables to customers, panel fabricators, drafters, estimators, project management, and procurement. AutoCAD Electrical will be utilized for drawing creations, red-lines, and as-builts.
Requirements
- AutoCAD Electrical required
- Industrial Electrical and Automation controls experience is preferred
Nice To Haves
- UL MTR Certification is preferred
- Knowledge of NFPA 70 is preferred
Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently create an accurate quote for UL listed panels without an existing BOM.
- Create drawings for Industrial Control panels.
- Utilize AutoCAD Electrical for drawing creations, red-lines and as-builts.
- Provide deliverables to customers, panel fabricators, drafters, estimators, project management and procurement.
