About The Position

Atlanta Swim Academy is hiring a part-time Indoor Swim Teacher to teach water safety and swimming skills to babies and children while working with their parents. Teachers train alongside experienced instructors. Paid training is provided, and no previous experience is required. Applicants must pass a background check and attend paid training. The family-owned business has served East Cobb and the surrounding area for over 40 years. Staff participate in ongoing education and development, including in-water training, online courses, Red Cross Lifeguard certification for instructors, leadership training, and USSSA National Conferences. The facility has three indoor heated pools maintained at 90 degrees, a viewing hallway, six family changing rooms, and men's and women's restrooms with changing areas. The position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts available mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings on weekdays and weekends. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Pass a background check.
Attend paid training.
No previous experience is required.
