About The Position

Meridian HealthCare provides integrated, whole-person healthcare across primary care, behavioral health, addiction treatment, and recovery services. The Independently Licensed Clinician provides individualized counseling and treatment within an integrated healthcare network, collaborating with medical and behavioral health professionals and care coordinators. Meridian handles insurance credentialing, billing, and claims, and offers flexible scheduling, a built caseload, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• LISW or LPCC licensure required.
• Competency or training in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual counseling and patient access to individualized treatment.
• Participate in an integrated healthcare network to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Work side-by-side with medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Coordinate with care coordinators to provide wrap-around services.
• Engage in weekly individual supervision.
