About The Position

The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio is hiring experienced, independently licensed clinicians for a full-time salaried role providing outpatient psychotherapy primarily in person at its Salem and Beverly, Massachusetts locations. Clinicians provide trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and adults while maintaining an established caseload, typically averaging approximately 22–26 completed sessions per week. Some telehealth flexibility is available, and availability for afternoon and evening appointments is expected to reflect client needs. The practice provides administrative infrastructure and support, including referral and intake coordination, insurance credentialing and billing, scheduling and client communication, practice management systems, furnished clinical offices, and therapeutic resources. Clinicians join a collaborative professional community with regular clinical consultation, team meetings, and ongoing development opportunities. The role is suited to clinicians seeking to focus on clinical care within a supportive group practice rather than managing a business. It serves children, adolescents, adults, and families and describes its care as accessible, relationship-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed.
