About The Position

The Licensed Clinician assists in directing and coordinating assigned aspects of programming, ensures compliance with program policies and procedures, and completes reporting requirements in a timely manner. The role provides therapeutic guidance to program staff and assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program. At Crestwood’s Sonoma County Healing Center, the PHF program offers an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. The program supports stabilization and recovery, with goals of fostering hope and self-empowerment, helping clients realize their recovery potential, and planning successful transitions back to their communities.

Requirements

Hold a license as an LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a mental health setting.
Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-5.
Have familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
Have a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities
