About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for costly middlemen distributors by leveraging a digital platform and personal relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while RepRally provides inventory, a digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to establish and grow their own sales territory in the Charleston Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential with the support of a mobile app and a vast product catalog. Your role will involve targeting independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops. You will be responsible for independent outreach, walking into stores, pitching the RepRally platform to decision-makers, prospecting new stores, building trust, managing client relationships, and using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and secure continuous re-orders.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is a plus, but a strong drive is essential.
- Comfort with cold pitching and persistence in closing accounts.
- Ability to operate independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
- Must provide your own valid driver's license.
- Must provide a reliable vehicle.
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Charleston Metro Area (convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business that sells CPG goods).
- Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
- Using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders.
- Actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
