RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for high-priced middleman distributors by combining a digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to manage and grow their own local sales territory in the Savannah Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will operate your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by a mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is beneficial, but a strong drive and persistence are key.
Comfort with cold pitching and following up until an account is closed.
Ability to operate independently, manage your own day, and execute your own sales strategy.
Must provide your own valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
Must have a smartphone with a data plan.

Responsibilities

Targeting independent retailers across the Savannah Metro Area, including convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business selling CPG goods.
Conducting independent outreach by walking into stores, engaging with decision-makers, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
Building relationships by prospecting new stores, earning owner trust, and managing client relationships.
Driving volume by using the mobile app to facilitate initial orders and actively managing accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
