About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace connecting independent retailers directly with thousands of CPG brands. We aim to eliminate the need for giant middleman distributors by combining our digital platform with face-to-face relationships. Our independent sales partners are crucial to our network, building local trust while we provide the inventory, digital catalog, and logistics. This opportunity is for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to grow their own local sales territory in the Atlanta Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you will run your own business, controlling your schedule, methods, and earning potential, supported by our mobile app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will target independent retailers such as convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, and smoke shops, pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners, prospecting new stores, earning trust, and managing client relationships. You will use our mobile app to facilitate initial orders and secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, delivery routes, or independent contracting is great, but a refusal to give up is what actually matters.
- Comfort with cold pitching; you do not take 'no' personally.
- Comfortable walking into a store cold and following up until you close the account.
- Love the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy without a boss watching over your shoulder.
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Provide a reliable vehicle to get around.
- Provide a smartphone with a data plan.
Responsibilities
- Targeting independent retailers across the Atlanta Metro Area.
- Walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners.
- Prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships.
- Using our mobile app right in the aisle to facilitate initial orders.
- Actively managing your accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
