About The Position

Project Blue Financial is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven Independent Sales Consultant to expand its customer base and develop new business opportunities. The consultant will connect with business owners, executives, HR professionals, and other decision-makers to introduce the company’s services and identify solutions aligned with business needs. These services include employee benefits, business funding, and potential tax credits, rebates, and incentives. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys networking, consultative selling, and building a pipeline of potential clients. The consultant will develop leads and referral relationships, conduct discovery conversations, guide qualified prospects through the sales process, maintain client and partner relationships, and track pipeline activity. They will coordinate with company representatives on technical questions and client transitions, while communicating professionally and avoiding unsupported guarantees. Details are to be confirmed during the engagement process, including commission calculations, payment timing, any recurring commissions, and eligibility or incentive terms. The opportunity does not guarantee a particular income level. Independent contractors are generally responsible for their own taxes and business expenses, subject to applicable law and the agreement. The work arrangement is flexible and remote, subject to company requirements.
