About The Position
The Independent Living Dining Server assists with all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role works diligently to provide each resident with a high-quality dining experience at every meal and advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee treats the community as the resident’s home, helps create a sense of home, and models person-centered care. The position is with Aberdeen Heights, where team members contribute to a culture of learning, growth, and engagement focused on providing a great experience for residents and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
