IL Dining Server - PT Days
About The Position
Wichita Presbyterian Manor is seeking a part-time daytime Dining Server for its Independent Living community. The role assists with dining services in accordance with established policies and procedures and works to ensure residents receive a high-quality dining experience with each meal. The server advances a resident-first approach, treats the community as the residents’ home, helps create a sense of home, and models person-centered care. The organization describes a friendly, caring team and a culture focused on learning, growth, engagement, and providing residents with the best quality of life and care. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with shift and weekend differentials through the Premium Pay Plan; additional pay may be based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
