About The Position

We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and dependable Independent Living Attendant to work in our beautiful Independent Living community featuring only 22 apartments. If you enjoy building relationships, hosting activities, and helping others feel at home, this could be the perfect position for you!

Requirements

• A kind, friendly, compassionate, and positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with seniors and building relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable and team-oriented individual

Responsibilities

• Host fun parties, themed events, and resident activities
• Serve one meal per day, as prepared by facility culinary staff (no cooking required)
• Launder table linens
• Perform light housekeeping duties, especially in common areas and guest suite
• Transport residents to the grocery store, pharmacy, and bank
• Provide minimal and temporary assistance to residents as needed
• Create a welcoming, engaging, and supportive environment for residents
