About The Position

Crane's Mill is seeking a full-time Director of Independent Living. This position focuses on managing the daily operations of the Independent Living Community, emphasizing resident relations, services, and policy development to ensure resident satisfaction and high-quality care. The Director will also assist the VP/Executive Director in the overall operations of the Independent Living Community, aligning with the mission and strategic plan of LSMNJ. LSMNJ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• BS/BA required, health related or aging concentration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Masters in a Health related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Independent Living Community.
• Focus on resident relations, services, and policy development to assure resident satisfaction and quality of care and services.
• Assist the VP/Executive Director in the overall operations of the Independent Living Community in accordance with the mission and strategic plan of LSMNJ.
