About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead occupancy growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of Independent Living communities in the Houston, TX area. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives on coaching teams, developing market strategies, and driving census growth while fostering a culture of excellence. Regional leadership in the Independent Living Sales sector is required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations/Communications or related field
Proven success in sales management and leadership with exceptional customer service skills
3+ years' experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience in Senior Living
Ability to travel up to 75%
Above average presentation skills including interactions with managers, clients, customers and the general public
Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives

Responsibilities

Lead occupancy growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of Independent Living communities.
Coach teams, develop market strategies, and drive census growth.
Foster a culture of excellence.
