About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and cargo van owner-operators to work under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers competitive, negotiable rates, access to a large number of loads, and personalized load options based on the owner-operator’s preferences. Dispatchers have at least four years of experience and broker contacts. Payment is made within 3–5 business days, with a 3% quick-pay option. The stated work days are Monday through Friday. The company does not hire company drivers. The owner-operator must provide their own vehicle and submit its registration and insurance. Sprinter vehicles must be no older than 2016; all vehicles must have at least four straps and PPE, and decals must be removed. Requirements

Own a Sprinter or cargo van.
Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green card holder, or holder of work authorization.
The owner-operator and drivers must be at least 21 years old.
The owner-operator and drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English.
At least 6 months of driving experience.
Sprinter vehicles must be model year 2016 or newer.
Vehicles must have a minimum of four straps and PPE, and all decals must be removed.
Submit vehicle registration and insurance.
Drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting a load.
Execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
