About The Position

As an Independent Assessor, you will administer structured assessments to individuals to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. This role involves leading meetings, interviewing family members and caregivers, administering assessments, writing reports, and making recommendations to help determine eligibility for services.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional or personal experience supporting people who are living with autism, developmental disabilities or other disabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree
• Idaho residency

Responsibilities
