About The Position

Wall Residences is seeking a Developmental Disability Services Program Manager for the Fredericksburg, Virginia and surrounding areas. This role involves making a difference in the lives of people who experience developmental disabilities. The Program Manager will manage a caseload of Sponsored Residential and Hybrid Group Homes, requiring the ability to multitask, prioritize, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of Licensure/Medicaid requirements and best practices in compliance, along with the ability to review and assess service quality, is essential. The role also requires developing supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff, individuals receiving services, and their families.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field.
Experience in Person-Centered Service Development with a Clinical background.
Excellent teamwork and critical thinking skills.
Ability to develop supportive relationships.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Knowledge of Licensure/Medicaid requirements and best practices in compliance.
Internet access required.
Space for home office.
Active driver’s license with a good driving record.
Pass a criminal background check with acceptable results.
Provide excellent references.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD).
Two years’ experience supervising employees.

Responsibilities
