About The Position
Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Independent Assessor experienced in supporting children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities. In this role, you will administer structured assessments to individuals to determine their eligibility for home and community-based services that enhance independence, well-being, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or adults living with autism or developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead video and in-person meetings with children and adults who are living with autism and developmental disabilities
- Interview family members, guardians, and caregivers
- Administer structured assessments
- Write reports and make recommendations
- Help determine eligibility for services that support greater independence and community inclusion
