The Inbound Sales Manager, Revenue – Financial Solutions is responsible for leading a high-performing team of Financial Solutions Consultants focused on converting qualified prospects into long-term BELAY clients across a broad range of outsourced accounting team financial solutions. This role is accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals with the Financial Solutions Inbound Sales Team while developing a consultative sales organization that delivers exceptional client experiences and sustainable business growth. The Inbound Sales Manager will drive performance through coaching, accountability, sales process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Partnering closely with Marketing, Client Success, Operations, and Financial Solutions leadership, this individual ensures a seamless client journey from first contact through engagement while accelerating revenue growth. This is a line management role based in the Metro Atlanta, GA area and requires extensive experience in accounting, finance, advisory services, and consultative sales leadership. This position is fully-remote and will not travel for day to day responsibilities.
