About The Position

Storage360 is looking to hire a Remote Inbound Sales Agent to join our Call Center team. This role involves assisting customers via inbound and outbound calls based on warm leads generated through targeted marketing campaigns. The goal is to help callers select the best storage space to fit their needs with daily goals centered around courteous, timely, and professional service. The agent will lead by example, demonstrate CORE values, and impact the company's growth and success by sharpening skills, building relationships, and gaining industry-specific understanding.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education required
Must be able to work assigned full-time shifts with a flexible schedule
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (including Word and Excel)
Action-oriented, focused on optimizing work processes, and actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged in your professional development.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a customer service/sales-based call center environment is a plus.
