This is not a transactional sales role—it’s a high-impact, consultative appointment closing environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone’s confidence and quality of life. You’ll be working exclusively with high-intent inbound leads —people actively seeking solutions. Your job is to guide, build trust, and bring them in for an in-person hair health consult. We’re looking for closers who want more than a job—they want ownership of their number, control over their income, and a path to grow.

  • Full-cycle appointment setting responsibility—from first call through close
  • Converting high-intent inbound leads at a high rate
  • Building trust quickly through consultative, needs-based selling
  • Handling objections with confidence and emotional intelligence
  • Consistently outperforming KPIs for conversion, revenue, and efficiency
  • Creating a seamless transition from digital experience to in-person consultation
