About The Position

Sparkle Squad of Northwest Denver, based in Arvada, is seeking a Door-to-Door / Outside Sales Representative to expand our residential and commercial client base throughout the West Denver metro area. We offer window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning —essential services that improve property value and curb appeal. We provide the tools, training, and local leadership—you bring the hunger to close.

Requirements

  • Experienced Door-to-Door Rep: You know how to knock and talk—we’ll train you on the services, but you should already be comfortable in a canvassing role.
  • Strong Closer: Confident communicator who can build rapport fast and present solutions clearly.
  • Self-Starter: You’re motivated, resilient, and know how to manage your time and goals.
  • Organized & Professional: You follow through on every lead and maintain a polished presence.
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using CRM tools, mobile apps, and email.
  • Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle: Required for local travel throughout Arvada and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business through residential door-to-door and B2B sales—canvassing, networking, and prospecting in the West Denver/Arvada area.
  • Meet with homeowners and business owners, assess their needs, and confidently present tailored service options.
  • Manage and follow up on your own leads, keeping your pipeline organized and moving prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Learn our cleaning systems and be ready to explain the real benefits to customers.
  • Show up with professionalism and pride in being part of a respected, community-focused business.
