About The Position

The Inbound Off-Loader is responsible for unloading inbound shipping trucks and supporting warehouse operations. Duties include operating and maintaining equipment, receiving and processing inbound truckloads, organizing product, loading and unloading trucks, and other warehouse activities. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to finish.

The role requires regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as departmental needs demand. Work takes place in temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5°F to ambient temperature. Physical tasks include regularly standing and walking; reaching for and handling objects, tools, or controls; and sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The position involves occasionally lifting or moving up to 100 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and regularly up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Three months or more of related experience.
• Availability to work regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays according to departmental demands.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5°F to ambient temperature.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving product up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Offload inbound trucks in a timely manner.
• Unpack, verify, and record inbound product being unloaded.
• Ensure drivers are in the proper door and trailers are secure.
• Document overages, shortages, and damages.
• Handle and stack product.
• Break down and wrap pallets.
• Manage dock space to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain necessary paperwork.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
