About The Position

Drive Medical is hiring a second-shift Warehouse Loader to load and unload medical equipment, including canes, wheelchairs, and in-home hospital beds. The role uses a stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack to move, stage, organize, and secure products for shipment. Loaders help maintain safety, quality, service, and continuous improvement while ensuring customer orders and shipping documentation are accurate. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Requirements

• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment.
• Accurately load customer orders into trailers.
• Follow daily checklists for trailers and equipment.
• Operate an electric pallet jack or pacer to transport products, load and unload trailers, and organize the dock floor.
• Stage equipment.
• Wrap and secure products on pallets using equipment.
• Record pallets handled or moved and trailers loaded on manifest sheets.
• Maintain loading accuracy and use the proper Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Verify orders are complete before shipping.
• Communicate truck status to supervisors and other coordinators.
• Use a banding machine to strap pallets when needed.
• Participate in a continuous-improvement environment.
