About The Position

The Refrigerated Warehouse Loader loads and unloads product from trailers in a cold-temperature warehouse. The role uses the NAVISION (ERP) system and a scanner to move product in and out of the cooler and make bin movements. Cooler staff are responsible for keeping the coolers clean and organized. The position is based at the Tonopah Processing location in Tonopah, Arizona; the description also references Avondale as the location for this role.

Requirements

• Must be capable of becoming pallet jack and forklift certified.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete simple math problems.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per shift or more.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures of 40 degrees or colder.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team player.
• Inspect trailers and verify temperatures before loading or unloading.
• Use the First In, First Out (FIFO) rule for all product movement.
• Perform cycle counts as necessary.
• Use a scanner to record product movement in the NAVISION (ERP) system.
• Complete required daily paperwork for loading and unloading.
• Keep the coolers clean and organized.
• Load and unload product from trailers.
