About The Position

The Inbound Off-Loader unloads inbound shipping trucks and performs related warehouse activities. The role includes operating and maintaining equipment, receiving and processing inbound truckloads, managing and organizing product, and loading and unloading trucks. The starting wage is $20 per hour. This is a full-time position scheduled Sunday through Thursday, with a day shift starting at 5:00 AM and continuing until the workload is complete.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Three months or more of related experience.
• Must be available to work with the demands of the department, including regular overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in temperature-controlled zones ranging from -5°F to ambient temperature.
• Regularly stand and walk; reach and handle objects, tools, or controls; and perform activities such as sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offload inbound trucks in a timely manner.
• Unpack, verify, and record inbound product being unloaded.
• Ensure drivers are in the proper door and their trailers are secure.
• Document overages, shortages, and damages.
• Handle and stack product.
• Break down and wrap pallets.
• Manage dock space to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain necessary paperwork.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
