About The Position

BÉIS Travel is seeking an energetic, proactive, and organized Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support global supply chain and logistics processes while working closely with cross-functional teams. The role reports to the Director of Inbound Operations and supports inbound operations, shipment tracking, inventory reconciliation, process efficiency, and additional operations and supply chain projects. The annual base salary range is $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

At least 5 years of direct experience in operations and supply chain, focused on purchasing and logistics.
Knowledge of supply chain processes, including purchase order management, manufacturing, and logistics.
Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required, as well as NetSuite, Warehouse Management Systems, and EDI.
Organized and efficient in process management.
Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented.
Productive and efficient work habits with minimal supervision.
Technologically savvy and adaptable.
Analytical, self-motivated, and a team player.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and track products through the supply chain from factory to distribution centers.
Maintain and update transit data for all inbound shipments.
Process ASNs efficiently and promptly.
Process ownership transfers and bills for inbound shipments efficiently and promptly.
Receive purchase orders.
Ensure the item master is updated and provide item setup to distribution centers.
Assist with monthly inventory reconciliation relating to inbound shipments and inventory receipts.
Identify new efficiencies in operations processes.
Communicate and collaborate with the team.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer service, and planning.
Collaborate with freight and warehouse partners to solve problems.
Provide support as needed for additional operations and supply chain projects.
