About The Position

This seasonal Inbound Expert role supports Target’s General Merchandise and Food Sales operations. The role helps ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, contributing to a consistent guest experience. Team members gain experience in guest service, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing daily and weekly workloads that support business priorities and sales goals.

The position involves working in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment, both independently and as part of a team. Team members welcome and assist guests, respond to questions, handle merchandise, and complete stocking and other operational tasks. The listed starting rate is $18.00 per hour. This is a seasonal role with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
