About The Position

Inbound Customer Response Specialist at Diesel Pro Power, a Miami-based global marine diesel parts company serving customers in over 180 countries. This role is the front line of inbound revenue, ensuring that customer opportunities are not missed. It is a fast-paced, repetitive, structured, performance-measured operational role, distinct from traditional customer service, sales, or technical troubleshooting roles. The primary focus is on rapid response, filtering, and routing of inbound customer interactions to protect sales opportunities and maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume phone experience (call center, reception, sales support, or similar).
  • Comfortable on the phone for the majority of the workday.
  • Strong organizational habits and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Background in sales support, lead routing, or customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond fast to inbound customer interactions.
  • Filter inbound calls and leads to identify sales opportunities.
  • Route customers and inquiries to the correct specialists.
  • Protect sales representatives from non-sales calls, unsupported-product inquiries, and low-value interruptions.
  • Handle inbound calls, web leads, inbound chats, and abandoned carts.
  • Perform customer follow-up activities, including post-delivery calls.
  • Request Google reviews and referrals.
  • Log all activity in HubSpot.
  • Keep the inbound queue moving throughout the day.
