In this role, you will be the front line of inbound revenue at Diesel Pro Power, a Miami-based global marine diesel parts company serving customers in over 180 countries. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that no opportunity is missed by responding quickly, filtering noise, routing calls correctly, and protecting opportunities from being lost. This is a fast-paced, repetitive, structured, performance-measured operational role, not a traditional customer service role where you will be responsible for closing sales, quoting pricing, technical troubleshooting, or extended customer conversations. Your work is crucial in protecting inbound revenue opportunities and keeping sales reps focused on selling, thereby helping to keep the revenue engine moving.
