You are the front line of inbound revenue at Diesel Pro Power, a Miami-based global marine diesel parts company serving customers in over 180 countries. When our customers have a vessel down or equipment out of service, every minute matters. Your job is to make sure no opportunity gets missed. This is a fast-paced, repetitive, structured, performance-measured operational role. This is NOT a traditional customer service role. You are NOT responsible for closing sales, quoting pricing, technical troubleshooting, or extended customer conversations. Every missed call can mean a lost customer. Every delayed response can mean a lost sale. Your job is to protect inbound revenue opportunities and keep sales reps focused on selling. You help keep the revenue engine moving.
