About The Position

We are hiring an Inbound Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to support our Service Department. This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and supporting daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a steady flow of calls while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Reliable personal transportation (must have your own vehicle)
  • Strong attendance and ability to consistently work scheduled shifts
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a CRM system and/or dispatch environment (HVAC or similar)
  • Appointment setting, customer service, or sales experience
  • Bilingual communication skills (a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments accurately
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, updates, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems
  • Support dispatch and service coordination as needed
  • Ensure all calls are properly documented and classified
