About The Position

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is seeking an In‑Villa Dining Generalist to join their team in Carlsbad. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional in‑villa dining experiences by accurately taking and coordinating guest orders with professionalism and care.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for guest service.
Confident using systems for order taking and coordination.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Possess a valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart.
Experience working with Micros and Opera

Responsibilities

Coordinate all in-villa dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards, describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods.
Liaise closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service execution.
Monitor order flow and maintain high service standards.
Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback in a professional and friendly manner.
Utilize Micros to run preference reports to present analytics.
Become a Micros expert user and assist Sr. Assistant Manager with Micros programming.
Maintain and enhance amenity program
Ensure details related to amenity program are updated property wide and on website
Coordinate amenity delivery by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, and ordered from kitchen.
Carry hot boxes and provide oval tray service in a professional and comfortable manner.
Carry trays, bus, and reset tables.
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.
Recognize and address potential intoxicated disruptive or undesirable guests.
Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
Perform other tasks or projects assigned by Residence Club management and staff.
