About The Position

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This role offers a competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $20–$30/hour. We provide paid training, flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), and opportunities for advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. This position does not involve door-to-door canvassing or cold calling. Full-time employees also receive insurance benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and company-paid life insurance.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meeting

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
