About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Sales Lead Generators to promote residential HVAC services in national home improvement retail stores. The role introduces homeowners to HVAC services, system tune-ups and replacements, and indoor air quality solutions, while educating customers and scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services. It is not door-to-door sales or canvassing. The position offers hourly pay of $19–$23 plus uncapped commission; the posting gives an average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour with commission. Schedules are flexible, with part-time and full-time opportunities. Shifts typically run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and weekends are required. The role is located in Bee Cave, Texas.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic personality and strong people skills.
• Comfort approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance while representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS as a retail brand ambassador with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and home comfort improvements to retail shoppers.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Promote customer awareness of ARS heating and air conditioning services and provide customer education.
