About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Sales Lead Generators to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups and replacements, and indoor air quality solutions inside national home improvement retail stores. The role involves engaging shoppers, educating homeowners about services and comfort improvements, and scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services. It is not a door-to-door or canvassing position. Pay is $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with stated average earning potential of $25–$35 per hour including commission. Hours vary, and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available in South San Antonio, Texas.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic personality and strong people skills.
• Comfort approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to support product consultation and lead-generation efforts.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance while representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS as a professional and enthusiastic retail brand ambassador.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to shoppers.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Support brand awareness and customer education in a retail environment.
