About The Position
Holbrook Heating is hiring an enthusiastic, confident, and dependable In-Store Appointment Setter. In this customer-facing role, you will speak with retail customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for store-sponsored HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacement services. No HVAC experience is required; paid training and support are provided. The role pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour, plus a $25 bonus for every successful appointment scheduled. It is presented as an opportunity for flexible part-time or supplemental income, and applicants of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet appointment-setting goals.
- Weekend availability is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is preferred but not required.
