Write the next chapter of your career in an authentic Palm Beach paradise. Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our exciting In-Room Dining team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company! This rule is for a position of Private Bar and In Room Dining Sever. Expect a to be schedule private bar shift and serving shift weekly, and at time split shifts. Private Bar duties constants of stocking and replenish in-room private bars, private bar menus and emptying and customizing private bar Serve duties constants of guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. · To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The In-Room Dining Server offers guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience while conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization.
  • Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Reading, writing, oral proficiency in the English language, and good knowledge of computer skills
  • This position requires a considerable amount of physical activity; should be able to Work a full shift standing
  • Lift/Push/Pull/Carry objects up to 100lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift
  • Ability to work inside and outside; Subject to all weather conditions; including sun, wind, and rain
  • Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed
  • Ability to work in cramped quarters; between kitchen/food & beverage area and storage areas
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to operate food & beverage equipment
  • Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned
  • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
