About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking an accomplished In-House Sales Representative to join our award-winning team! This role is responsible for customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties involve discovering Owner needs and interests and creating a desire to update their membership with Exploria LLC. The Sales Executive will conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners and present Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale.

Requirements

  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written.
  • Must work well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems, as necessary.
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
  • FL Real Estate License is required
  • 2 years of In-House Timeshare Sales experience is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Maintain required VPG and closing %
  • Professional, neat appearance
  • Positive attitude/Team player
  • Proper conduct at all times
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Exploria Resorts In-House Sales processes and best practices to execute sales presentations.
  • Meet and Exceed Company In-House Sales goals.
  • All other duties assigned by management.
