About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking an accomplished In-House Sales Representative to join our award-winning team! Serving the vacation ownership and hospitality industry for over 25 years, Exploria Resorts offers full-time employees competitive benefits. This role involves customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties are to discover the Owner’s needs & interests and create a want/need to update their membership with Exploria LLC. Conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners and present Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale.

Requirements

FL Real Estate License is required
2 years of In-House Timeshare Sales experience is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Maintain required VPG and closing %
Professional, neat appearance
Positive attitude/Team player
Proper conduct at all times
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Follow Exploria Resorts In-House Sales processes and best practices to execute sales presentations.
Meet and Exceed Company In-House Sales goals.
All other duties assigned by management.
